From the first interaction with Mosdent team, I received all the Information I needed în regards with the specific steps needed for my treatment plan. My contact person în relation with Mosdent Hospital was Mr. Ozgur who was always present, accompanying me to every doctor that I was interacting with. He always made sure I am feeling confortable, and all my questions are being answered. The doctors that put în action the treatment plan were Mr. Bahadir who managed all my dental implants and Mr. Enes who was in charged with my intermediary and final prothesis. During the entire period I felt safe having all my questions answered and by seeing the Hospital team high level work ethic. I would highly recommend Mosdent Hospital entire team, including customer contact, Mr Ozgur, doctors Mr. Bahadir, mr. Enes, their teams, for their highly professionalism they demonstrated throughout my treatment making me their fist priority. Thank you very much.
Elsa guided myself and my husband through our travels to Turkey. She reassured us through out the process on what would happen to both of us and how. Their staff is also very efficient and welcoming. Hello everyone :) I have been examined by different doctors and hospitals for a while due to my complaints of toothache and jaw pain. I was not at all satisfied with the approach and diagnosis of the different hospitals and doctors I went to because of my toothache. It was extremely disturbing that they planned a treatment process for my healthy teeth as if there was a problem and saw me as a machine project to be operated on, rather than a person with fears and concerns about dental treatment. I did not want to be treated in those hospitals or doctors that did not inspire trust. As someone who is very afraid of dental treatment, I read the comments and decided to visit Dt. I met Enes Bekman and was examined. Dt. During examination and treatment, Enes Bekman truly listens to the patient, his fears and concerns, respects and understands him sincerely, and helps him graciously. It does not perform or direct unnecessary dental intervention. A treatment plan is determined according to your complaints and the examination performed. And it moves forward by making decisions together with you. As someone who is very, very afraid of dental treatment, I am currently undergoing root canal treatment. And my treatment continues. Afterwards, my filling treatments will be planned respectively. I want my treatment to be successful and to have healthy teeth again. Once again, I would like to thank Dt. for calming and helping me with his patience, kindness, smiling face and conversation, with minimal momentary pain during the first stage of the treatment, both during the injection and the procedure. I would like to thank Mr. Enes Bekman and his assistant Mr. Hamza. I hope that there will be more doctors in all branches who are polite and friendly, with their careers and expertise, and who respect and try to understand the patients and their concerns, and that they will win, and that we will all encounter doctors who have these values. I went for my son and I was very pleased with the pediatrician Ms. Ece. My son had his teeth fixed without fear. You can get treatment in a clean hospital with friendly staff without any hesitation.

Ich komme aus der Schweiz und litt unter Zahnfleischproblemen sowie Knochenschwund im Kiefer. Während andere Kliniken vorschlugen, die betroffenen Zähne zu ziehen und durch Implantate zu ersetzen, entschied ich mich aufgrund meiner bereits vorhandenen Implantate im Unterkiefer und des dortigen Knochenschwunds, zunächst eine Behandlung des Zahnfleisches im Oberkiefer in Betracht zu ziehen. Die MosDent-Klinik empfahl mir eine Flap-Operation inklusive Knochenaufbau, die wir schließlich durchführten. Nun heißt es abwarten und Tee trinken 😉, bis alles verheilt ist.
