My greatest luck in this process was meeting our esteemed physician, Dr. Bahadır. From the very first examination, his knowledge and approach instilled great confidence in me. He patiently and clearly explained the entire treatment process in detail. He clearly stated why each procedure was necessary, how the process would proceed, and at what stages my insurance would be activated. Dr. Bahadır and his team were also incredibly helpful in utilizing the dental treatment benefits offered under the Yapı Kredi Pension Fund. I had no difficulty with paperwork, approval processes, or appointment scheduling. All procedures proceeded extremely smoothly and efficiently. I had a great experience getting complex dental treatments at MosDent! Before coming to the I had a clear exchange over WhatsApp with Özgür to make the treatment plan. The treatment was 3 hours in total, split into 2 appointments: - First was for root canal treatment with Micro-Endodontist Dr. Ortugan - Second was for gum treatment and ceramic onlay with prosthodontist Dr. Kılıçaslan Overall my experience was amazing because: - Both treatments are painless and very smooth - during and after. - The doctors were very gentle and communicated well what they're doing during the procedures. - The equipments are very modern and advanced. - No communication problem because almost everyone speaks great English. - Cost almost half of what I'd pay in France. I have a gum recession problem. I came from Germany last week and contacted several centers in Istanbul about gum grafting, but without success. This clinic was the only one that took me seriously. They performed a comprehensive examination of my teeth, gums, bone, and jaw alignment, and more than one doctor oversaw my case. After the evaluation, the periodontist explained to me very clearly that the main problem was bone recession, and that gum grafting wouldn't be beneficial in my case. They performed a deep cleaning to stop the recession and maintain the current situation. The periodontist is dedicated, honest, professional, and worked with integrity. The entire staff was respectful.

I had my entire dental work done at Mosdent. Due to bone loss, the implants I had previously had shifted. After all my teeth were extracted, ten implants were placed, and bone graft material was added. I was scared and anxious, and the process took a little longer. I can honestly say that the result is truly amazing. It's a very valuable institution with well-equipped facilities. I thank everyone involved and recommend them to everyone. I'm from Germany and in May 2025 I decided to have my dental treatment done in Turkey. I contacted many clinics and chose Mosdent because it was the first clinic that gave me a good feeling, and that feeling was confirmed. Mosdent took my pre-existing conditions into careful consideration, as I suffer from insulin-dependent diabetes and hyperthyroidism. This was very important to me and made me feel like I was in good hands. My treatment began in July 2025, and I had seven implants placed. The procedure was painless, and with excellent aftercare, I was able to go home seven days later. After the implants had healed, I returned in November 2025 for the final treatment. A 14-day stay was scheduled. The follow-up treatment began with a strict schedule. I received a total of 27 crowns. Achieving a natural look was very important to me, and this was accomplished. This clinic never gave me the impression that they were just trying to make a quick buck; rather, the patients' well-being was their top priority. No treatment was performed that wasn't medically necessary, even if it was planned during the initial consultation. Everything was thoroughly checked on-site, and only what was truly necessary was carried out. In conclusion, I would like to sincerely thank the entire team, from reception to the medical staff. Mr. Özgür provided me with invaluable support from the first contact until the very last day, and I could contact him with any questions. Dr. Enes placed my implants with precision and without any pain; many thanks to him as well. Dr. Pelinsu treated me throughout the entire crowning process, listened to my wishes, and calmly and patiently gave me my new smile. Every detail was taken into account, and she performed her work precisely and accurately until I was completely satisfied. A huge thank you for her friendly manner and the pain-free treatment.
