Dr. Ömer Faruk Şarkbay is a renowned dental professional who has devoted his life to advancing oral health, delivering exceptional dental care, and contributing to the scientific development of dentistry. Born in 1970 in Ankara, Turkey, Dr. Şarkbay discovered his interest in healthcare early in life. Witnessing the life-changing power of a confident smile inspired him to pursue dentistry. After excelling in high school, he graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry at just 21 years old in 1991—two years ahead of his peers.
In 1992, he co-founded MosDent Dental Hospital with his colleague Dt. Hakan Kaval, laying the foundation for a dental institution that would later become a benchmark in quality, patient satisfaction, and innovation in Turkey.
Dr. Şarkbay is particularly known for his expertise in aesthetic dentistry and implant-based treatments. Combining an artistic eye with scientific precision, he designs natural, harmonious smiles tailored to each patient’s facial structure. His implant surgeries are not only functional but also life-enhancing.
To date, he has successfully completed over 55,000 dental implant procedures, placing him among the most experienced practitioners in the field.
