Choose and receive healthcare services from the selected healthcare institution in accordance with the procedures and conditions stipulated by the legislation.
IDENTIFYING, CHOOSING, AND CHANGING PERSONNEL
Our patients, upon request, have the right to obtain information about the identities, duties, and titles of the physicians and other personnel who will provide or are providing health services to them. With the condition of compliance with the procedures determined by legislation, the patient has the right to freely choose the personnel who will provide healthcare services, change the physician responsible for their treatment, and request consultations with other physicians. When exercising the rights to choose personnel, change the physician, and request consultation, the patient covers any fee difference determined by legislation.

PROHIBITION OF INTERVENTION OUTSIDE MEDICAL NECESSITIES
Our patients cannot and should not request or undergo anything that could lead to death or vital danger, violate bodily integrity, or reduce mental or physical resistance, without the purpose of diagnosis, treatment, or prevention. Regardless of the reason, the right to life of our patient is inviolable, and no one, even voluntarily, can end their life.
ACCESS TO AND CORRECTION OF MEDICAL RECORDS
Access and obtain information about your health-related information in your records, photocopy them, ask questions, and request corrections.
MEDICAL CARE
Our patients have the right to receive quality health services and in accordance with medical ethical rules from our center operating in line with international quality management standards. According to international standards, patients have the right to benefit from innovations, including diagnostic procedures, at all stages of their illness. They also have the right to protection from pain, suffering, and distress as much as possible, evaluation, and the direction of diagnostic and treatment programs according to their personal needs.

RIGHT TO COMPLAIN
Lodge a complaint when harmed and contact the Patient Rights Unit designated for this purpose. Unresolved complaints can be referred to relevant professional organizations and courts in accordance with Law No. 6023 of the Turkish Medical Association.
