Invisalign treatment is an orthodontic treatment that stands out as a radical alternative to metal braces and has been frequently preferred in recent years. Invisalign treatment, which is planned individually for the patient, is applied using transparent aligners known as aligners, which encourage the teeth to return to the correct alignment.
Invisalign treatment is also called "wire-free orthodontic treatment" or "clear aligner treatment". Thanks to invisalign treatment, which has become increasingly widespread in recent years, the teeth are brought to the position they should be. Thus, extremely beneficial results are achieved both in terms of health and aesthetics.
When the transparent aligners are first inserted, you may experience pain or a feeling of tightness in the teeth. This is perfectly natural. When the aligners are inserted, they are gently pushed towards the front teeth. By applying equal amounts of force with the fingers, the clear aligner is pressed and placed towards the right and left molars. When removing the clear aligner, start from the right or left molar and remove the clear aligner from the teeth with the fingertip towards the other molar. After the Invisalign treatment is completed, it may be necessary to use a reinforcement aligner for 1 or 2 months depending on the patient-specific treatment. In addition, invisible wires called "retainers" may be attached behind the teeth to eliminate the risk of returning after treatment.

Ich komme aus der Schweiz und litt unter Zahnfleischproblemen sowie Knochenschwund im Kiefer. Während andere Kliniken vorschlugen, die betroffenen Zähne zu ziehen und durch Implantate zu ersetzen, entschied ich mich aufgrund meiner bereits vorhandenen Implantate im Unterkiefer und des dortigen Knochenschwunds, zunächst eine Behandlung des Zahnfleisches im Oberkiefer in Betracht zu ziehen. Die MosDent-Klinik empfahl mir eine Flap-Operation inklusive Knochenaufbau, die wir schließlich durchführten. Nun heißt es abwarten und Tee trinken 😉, bis alles verheilt ist.

I want to sincerely thank Mostdent Clinic for their excellent care. I came in initially for a crown, but during the examination, they found several hidden problems and immediately helped me build a clear and affordable treatment plan. Dr. Oksana handled most of the treatment – she did fillings and cleaned root canals under a microscope. Everything was done with precision and care, even in the most difficult cases. Dr. Muhammed Bahadır successfully removed the crown of my wisdom tooth. The procedure was quick and painless, which I had been really nervous about – but he did it professionally and calmly. Dr. Pelinsu Yıkılmaz placed new CEREC Celtra Duo crowns for me. She worked with great precision and care, and the whole procedure was smooth and fast. I’m very satisfied with the result — the crowns feel natural and comfortable. I also want to thank Özgür, the clinic coordinator. He stayed in contact the whole time, reminded me about my appointments, helped with any questions, and made everything feel organized and stress-free.
