Data Controller and Purpose
Mosdent Oral and Dental Health Hospital, as data controller, uses CCTV camera systems for security purposes in designated areas inside the center. This system is operated in accordance with Private Security Services Law No. 5188 and KVKK Law No. 6698.
The purpose of camera recordings: center security, prevention of theft and sabotage, ensuring patient and staff safety.
Recorded Areas
Camera recording at Mosdent takes place in the following areas:
- Center entrances and exits
- Waiting areas and reception
- Car park
- General corridors
AREAS WHERE NO RECORDING IS MADE
To protect guest privacy, camera recording is strictly not performed in the following areas:
- Treatment rooms
- Operating theatres
- Doctor offices
- Toilets and changing areas
- Staff break areas
Recording Period and Access
Camera recordings are kept for 30 days, then automatically deleted. During this period, recordings can only be accessed by the KVKK compliance officer and security manager. They are not transferred to any third party without a court order or the written request of authorized public institutions.
Recordings are in video-only format; no audio recording is made.
