Quality at Mosdent is not a slogan. It is a daily practice. Every minute from the moment our guest enters the treatment room until they leave takes place within numerically defined and audited protocols.
Three decades of accumulation have taught us two things: first, that sustainable quality can only be preserved through systematized processes; second, that systems cannot replace people. The continuous balance between these two ends is the essence of Mosdent's management philosophy.

Sterilization and Hygiene
Our sterilization unit is an independent in-house department. Class B autoclaves, ultrasonic cleaning stations and tracking systems are used; each instrument's sterilization record is stored under a guest-specific barcode. The sterilization history is delivered to the guest as a document upon request.
Air exchange in our clinical rooms is provided by HEPA-filtered systems at center-wide standard. Room disinfection between every guest is a protocol requirement.
Doctor Development and Continuing Education
Our medical staff receive a minimum of 40 hours of continuing professional education annually. This is not merely a requirement. It is the backbone of Mosdent's quality culture. Participation in specialty programmes at European university hospitals is an open opportunity for our team.
