Your Treatment Journey

From first contact to final smile. Every step at Mosdent.

Step 1 · Free Consultation

Every journey begins with understanding. Your first step is a free consultation with one of our specialists. In person in Istanbul, or via video call from anywhere in the world.

We discuss your dental history, goals and expectations. If needed, a panoramic X-ray or CBCT scan is taken on the same visit. No upfront payment, no obligation.

Step 2 · Personalised Treatment Plan & Quote

After your consultation, we prepare a personalised treatment plan. It outlines the full scope of treatment, step-by-step process, timeline, and a detailed price breakdown, in writing.

Nothing begins until you approve the plan. All material options, alternatives, and timelines are presented transparently.

Step 3 · Plan Your Trip to Istanbul

Most international guests need 5–10 days in Istanbul depending on their treatment. Our international team helps coordinate your arrival. Including hotel recommendations and airport transfer.

Istanbul has direct flights from London, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Dubai and most major European cities. Our clinic is 30 minutes from both airports.

Step 4 · Treatment at Mosdent

Your treatment begins on arrival. Our 1,700 m² high-tech, comfort-focused center hosts 20+ clinical rooms, a fully-equipped operating theatre, in-house laboratory, CBCT and CAD/CAM. Everything under one roof. No referrals, no delays.

A dedicated care coordinator accompanies international guests throughout their stay, handling appointments, translation, and any day-to-day questions.

Step 5 · Post-Treatment & Remote Follow-Up

Before you depart, your follow-up schedule is agreed upon. Our international team provides ongoing support via WhatsApp and video call for any questions after you return home.

All treatments under long-term warranty include free follow-up appointments during the warranty period. Whether you visit in person or remotely.
