This privacy notice has been prepared by Mosdent Oral and Dental Health Hospital (hereinafter "Mosdent") as the data controller, in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), to inform you about the processing of your personal data.

- Provision of dental services (KVKK Art. 6/3, explicit consent)
- Fulfillment of legal obligations (Health Services Basic Law No. 3359)
- Storage of patient records (Ministry of Health Regulation · 15 years)
- Invoicing and financial obligations
- Guest satisfaction measurements
Data Transfer
Your personal data may be shared only to the extent required by legal obligations and the treatment process with the following parties: Ministry of Health, insurance companies (contracted), external laboratories (anonymized), authorized public institutions (in cases such as court orders).
Your data is not transferred abroad without your explicit consent under Article 9 of KVKK. For our international guests, transfer to relevant insurance or health institutions in their home countries is only made with your explicit consent.
Your Rights Under KVKK/GDPR
Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK and the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- To learn whether your personal data has been processed
- To request information if it has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose
- To know third parties to whom data has been transferred domestically or abroad
- To request correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly
- To request erasure or destruction
- To request notification of correction, erasure or destruction operations to third parties
- To object to analysis exclusively by automated systems
- To claim compensation for damage suffered due to unlawful processing
